Gartner Inc. recommends IT-managers to move their datacenters to Sweden

Today the world leading IT research and advisory firm, Gartner Inc, said that IT-managers can save up to 50 % of their costs by moving their datacenters to northern Europe. Most attractive is Sweden and Norway, where the power prices have fallen by 5 % since 2010. This in contrast to Europe, where the power prices have risen by 13% over the same period. In their study they present even more advantages by moving their datacenters up north.
